Enrollment is in April of every year. Each course term is 2 years.
Candidates must have completed 12 years of education or equivalent
Japanese Language ability must fall into any one of the following four categories
Level-2 of the Japanese Language Aptitude Test
A score of 200 or more in the Japanese Language Course of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students
Six months or more of study at a Japanese language studies facility
One year or more of study at a school certified under Article 1 of the School Education Act
